Celebrated Rosh Hashanah yesterday with my father and his wife. I never claimed to be a Jew and never will be one. But to make my father happy, I had celebrated the festival with them yesterday.
Well, at first I thought I would be awkward alone going back to the house I stayed for almost a year. Seeing my room converted to the wardrobe and the familiar toilet that used to be exclusive my own made me wonder what would I have become if I stayed on. Too much tears though, I would never forget the pain of staying though I thought that I have never appreciated the stadium, the view. It was my dream home actually. But I know my dad was happier like that.
In any case, let's not dwell on it. I have matured and learnt that human emotions are strange. I will never forget but I have found it hard not to forgive. Well, anger takes more effort actually.
Have a feast yesterday. It took my dad's wife 2 days to cook. Ironically I forgot to take my most favourite dish Osbuco beef.

Actually I should learn to cook. Reached home at 12. should not have called cab though regardless. When i was waiting for my cab, 4 cabs went past me but my conscience did not allow me to cancel call. The taxi driver could not believe his luck and even remarked that it was the first time he got a call in that area. He was actually hoping I was going to the airport and kept complaining in the cab.
And my mint tea is very fresh. i literally plucked the leaves off the stalk and immersed in hot water. I was quite shocked for a while as the mint tea i drank usually came from tea bags. it is the same theory as milk must have come from bottles in the supermarket and not plants.
